Health & Wellbeing in the Countryside

Would you like to improve your self-confidence, learn new skills and make new friends?

Join us in the beautiful rural setting of Upper Moreton Farm for our 6 week Health and Wellbeing course.

Open to participants aged over 19 who are experiencing anxiety or mental ill health.

We offer a range of indoor and outdoor activities including:

  • Farm animal care including caring for donkeys and our beautiful Shire horse
  • Healthy eating and cooking
  • Willow crafts
  • Woodwork and carpentry
  • Restoration of old machinery
  • Wellbeing walks
  • Dog walking
  • Gardening and landscaping
  • Conservation work
  • Wild food foraging
  • Floristry
  • Animal Assisted Therapy
  • Trips out to places of interest

Course starts on Monday 5th August and participants will need to attend each Monday for 6 weeks.  Lunch is provided and assistance with transport available.

Courses are free of charge to attend and funded by Staffordshire County Council.
