You spend more and more time indoors and alone, this takes it toll on you. With Building Better Opportunities Stafford &amp; South Staffordshire you&#8217;ll be part of the team and part of our family!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>One way we help is through volunteering opportunities. Here&#8217;s our top 4 reasons why you should consider volunteering:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Volunteering connects you to others<\/li>\r\n<li>Volunteering is good for your mind and body<\/li>\r\n<li>Volunteering can advance your career<\/li>\r\n<li>Volunteering brings fun and fulfilment to your life<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You\u2019ll also increase your social and relationship skills (and often without even realising it!)
