Staffordshire South West Citizens Advice Bureau has a vacancy for a\u00a0Building Better Opportunities Advocate\/Caseworker<\/p>\n
Salary:<\/strong> \u00a3 20,500<\/p>\n Hours:<\/strong> 37 hours per week<\/p>\n Contract:<\/strong> Fixed until 31st December 2019.<\/p>\n Location:<\/strong> Based at The Hub Stafford, and working at various locations in Staffordshire as required, including Citizens Advice offices and local Work Clubs<\/p>\n Building Better Opportunities, funded by Big Lottery and European Social Fund, aims to address social exclusion, with the ultimate goal of encouraging people into employment, volunteering, training or formal job search activities.<\/p>\n The Advocate role works with participants to develop a programme of activities to remove barriers to work and improve skills and confidence. \nThe ability to commit to and work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice serviceand BBO programme
\nAbility to work with other local providers
\nTrack record of providing casework to Citizens Advice Quality standards
\nExperience of project working in a target led environment
\nHave access to a vehicle and be willing to travel<\/p>\n
