This course is for Staffordshire residents over the age of 19 who is looking to improve their Digital skills.

The aim of the programme is to upskill a learners IT Skills so that they feel more comfortable not only with just using IT equipment but also the various content/software packages that are on the programme.

The course contains materials and training in:

• how to use computers effectively
• how to be online
• using the internet safely
• Word/Excel/Powerpoint basic to intermediate skills training
• how to use emails
• setting up email accounts for those without
• understanding and troubleshooting day to day IT and software issues.
