Free 4 week online course starting Friday 18 November.

This 12 hour course is completely flexible.  Once registered, you will receive a pack each Friday straight to your inbox with a menu of seasonal activities, ideas and inspiration to try over the weekend and following week, such as festive crafts, wreath making and natural wrapping ideas.

This gentle, creative approach to connecting with nature, offers flexibility and understanding for each learners starting point.  Expert tutors guide the group through a variety of exercises and ideas to deepen a connection to the world around us.  We also introduce the research to show how and why nature can support our wellbeing.
