If you have a basic understanding of the computer or would like to learn more about changing the settings of your computer, programs vs apps, using the features of the Microsoft products and learn how to define your searches on the internet and what ‘cookies’ are, or deal with attachments in email this is the course for you.

During the course you will gain more confidence, understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft products – creating, editing files within the packages, together with best practices within email and searching the internet. We will also look at the different storage locations available for pictures and files.
