Who is this course for?

The qualification is hands-on for learners and is designed to develop their IT skills ready to use modern technology. The Level 1 Award provides an introduction to the skills, qualities and knowledge that may be required for employment in a particular vocational sector.

What will I do on the course?

On this 24 week course you will complete a selection of units which include different projects using IT. The units vary depending on what is taught in the lessons.  You will build up a portfolio containing different units like the ones below which will develop your skills and knowledge and gain a qualification

You will build up a portfolio of each unit this then will be assessed at the end of the course for you to gain the qualification

What does it cost?

This course is delivered by South Staffordshire College free for those aged 19+ claiming JSA/ESA/UNIVERSAL CREDIT Proof required when enrolling.
