The Induction to Retail Programme will help you to:
Gain an understanding of the retail business and role you can play in enhancing the customer experience
Appreciate how customer service impacts brand image and how surprising and delighting the customer is central to success
The course includes two qualifications:
- L1 Award in Retail
- L1 Award in Customer Service
We will support with the development of your CV and interview skills to ensure you are promoting all of your skills, qualities and attributes giving you the best opportunity for a successful progression into employment.
All participants successfully completing this programme will be supported with their registration with McArthurGlen portal.
