Online 07507643145The aim of this short course is to provide you with an introduction to the practical skills, knowledge and understanding required for basic food preparation and cooking.
You will know about the principal methods of cooking and be able to prepare, cook and present simple dishes. The tutor will introduce you to some Indian recipes, you will review your own performance and make suggestions for future improvements.
