This course aims to help you support your own mental wellbeing. You will learn strategies to help you put the 5 ways to wellbeing back into your daily routine, new self-help coping techniques and strategies and how you can use these skills to give to others too. You will be able to share ideas and collaborate on-line with others on the course.
Topics covered include recognising factors that create and raise anxiety, how to manage anxiety with a range of breathing techniques, coping with change and identifying factors that can trigger panic attacks, developing a better understanding of ongoing health/hygiene measures and social distancing. How to use this new knowledge to develop a positive mind-set and apply it to our new routines. Top tips to help stay positive when dealing with social distancing, travel restrictions, shopping and socialising. Identifying/understanding where to obtain help in your community if you need it.

This is an online course for participants to access from the comfort of their own home. You will need access to your own mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer with internet connection. For adults 19+ including those with mental wellbeing issues, a learning difficulty, physical disability and anyone who may be unemployed.
