30.6.21 – 30.7.21 6 sessions
This course aims to help you support your own mental wellbeing. You will learn strategies to help you put the 5 ways to wellbeing back into your daily routine, new
self-help coping techniques and strategies and how you can use these skills to give to others too. You will be able to share ideas and collaborate on-line with others on
the course.
Topics covered include recognising factors that create and raise anxiety, how to manage anxiety with a range of breathing techniques, coping with change and
identifying factors that can trigger panic attacks, developing a better understanding of ongoing health/hygiene measures and social distancing.
How to use this new knowledge to develop a positive mind-set and apply it to our new routines. Top tips to help stay positive when dealing with social distancing, travel restrictions,
shopping and socialising. Identifying/understanding where to obtain help in your community. if you need it.
