We will look at common work place pressures that cause us stress, exploring different strategies that can be used to deal with them. In this supportive group we will seek to identify specific situations that ‘stress you out’, evaluating our strategies to see which one best suits a situation.
Join this group and spend some time thinking about where your stress in the work place comes from and what you could do to move forward positively.
These courses are online, delivered using Zoom and Canvas. I.T courses are aimed at student level Entry 3 (need to have some keyboard skills and be able to use a mouse or touchpad)
