  • Volunteering connects you to others
  • Volunteering is good for your mind and body
  • Volunteering can advance your career
  • Volunteering brings fun and fulfillment to your life

You’ll also increase your social and relationship skills (and often without even realising it!) As you’re simply talking and doing more; your skills will natural increase, you’ll become less isolated, you’ll have more confidence in yourself and pride in your abilities.

Here at Building Better Opportunities Stafford & South Staffordshire we work in partnership with our friends Support Staffordshire and if anyone knows about volunteering, it’s these folks!

We have a huge range of volunteering opportunities available and remember the benefits of volunteering have an impact on all areas of your life.
