Work Clubs

Building Better Opportunities Stafford and South Staffordshire host Work Clubs to support unemployed residents.  Work Clubs are an informal and friendly group where you can access free support and guidance.

• Access to volunteering and work placement opportunities
• Confidence building sessions
• Access to local adult and community learning training courses
• Benefits advice & support
• Budgeting skills
• Housing advice

• Access to various support services
• IT Coaching

Our Work Clubs take place at the following venues:

Mondays

Stafford Library, 10am-12pm

Holmcroft Library, 2pm-4pm

Tuesdays

Wombourne Library, 10am-12pm

Rising Brook Library, 2pm-4pm

Huntington Work Club, 2pm-4pm (1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month)

Penrkridge Work Club, 2.15pm-4.15pm (2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month)

Wednesdays

Northfield Centre, Stafford, 10am-12pm

Thursdays

Codsall Work Club, 10am-12pm

Perton Work Club, 2.15pm-4.15pm (1st & 3rd Thursday of the month)

Fridays

Featherstone Work Club, 10am-12pm

Great Wyrley Work Club, 2pm-4pm (2nd & 4th Friday of the month)
