Senior Employability Officer
Full time – £25,000 p.a. pro rata
Fixed term to 31st Dec 2022 (may be extended)
Based in Stafford
If you are good at motivating people and helping them effectively to address the obstacles that are hindering them from employment, this could be the job for you. You will have significant experience of working with the unemployed and disadvantaged individuals on a 1-2-1 basis, ideally including experience of running work clubs, and a good understanding of the provision available from the Government and other agencies.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be competent in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel and also Zoom. A strong focus on motivating people with multiple problems; working in partnership with a broad range of agencies; achieving good performance; managing a team; recording outputs and effective reporting of outcomes will also be essential.
